1. The USS Cleveland reported a release of 100 gallons of diesel fuel at 0804hrs (local) approximately 4nm south of Point Loma. Winds on-scene were reported at 5knots from the NW. Sector San Diego contacted the NOAA SSC and requested trajectory support.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 100 GALLONS.
