1. During a fuel transfer some diesel fuel was spilled into the Miami River about one mile inland. The USCG estimated that 500-600 gallons was spilled.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 600 GALLONS.
