1. On November 6, 2009, USCG Sector Charleston reported the 63 foot fishing vessel Absolutely sank approximately 20 miles off Murrels Inlet South Carolina with 1700 gallons of diesel fuel on board.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 1700 GALLONS.
