1. At about 1830, 9/23/10 HDO got called about a vessel that was missing and may have sunk off the Dominican Republic. It had an estimated 3500 gallons of diesel onboard.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 3500 GALLONS.
