1. At 1030 CDT, Sept 15, 2011 there was a report of a 1 mile by 1/2 mile slick at the north end of Barataria Bay. The CG asked if we could help locate the source.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 100 GALLONS. TAGS: MYSTERY SUBSTANCE.
