Southern Maine.
1. At approximately 1100 EST today (2/21/12) the Fishing Vessel "Plan B" sank off the coast of southern Maine, about 8 miles to sea. USCG reported a sheen of approximately 200 yards square and request more information on the fate of the oil.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 3000 GALLONS.
