1. At 0300 PDT 23 July USCG contacted NOAA SSC and reported the 48-foot F/V 'Two Mikes' sunk off the North jetty of the Yaquina Bay bar entrance in Oregon. The vessel was reported to have sunk at 2243 PDT. There is a potential release of roughly 2000 gallons of diesel. USCG has requested hypothetical worst case discharge trajectory.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 4300 GALLONS.
