1. USCG Sector Guam contacted the SSC for the Pacific Islands to request oil spill trajectories in the event of a release of 112,000 gallons of heavy oil aboard a derelict barge in Apra Harbor, Guam. The barge is currently stable, but USCG is concerned that there might be a release during storm conditions. USCG currently has boom deployed around the barge.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: HEAVY (WASTE) OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 112000 GALLONS. TAGS: DERELICT.
