Boston Ship Repair; Boston, MA. Boston, MA. 1. On July 9, 2014, approximately 11,300 gallons of diesel was spilled from the USNS FISHER, dry docked at the Boston Ship Repair facility. The spill was contained within the dry dock and no product has or is anticipated to reach the waterway. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 11500 GALLONS. 3.
