Recreational Vessel; Norwalk, CT. Norwalk, CT. 1. At 1600 on 7 January 2015 NOAA was notified by USCG Sector LIS of a sunken recreational boat at the Norwalk Boat Club with an an unknown quantity of gasoline onboard, as well as lubricating oil and batteries onboard. The USCG has requested NOAA prepare a resources at risk analysis for the area. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: GASOLINE. 3. POSITION 41.117N 073.411W.
