Marine Debris floating boat hull; off Neskowin Bay, Oregon. off Neskowin Bay, Oregon. 1. On April 27, 2015, the USCG notified NOAA of an abandoned hull floating off the Oregon Coast. The vessel is approximately 18ft long and has heavy marine growth. It is suspected to be Japan tsunami marine debris. 2. THREAT: OTHER. TAGS: MARINE DEBRIS, TSUNAMI. 3. POSITION 45.120N 124.060W.
