1. On June 3, 2015, the USCG Sector New York notified the NOAA SSC of a dielectric oil spill from a Con Edison power line. Con Edison is working to find the breach in the line and conduct oil recovery, line repair and soil remediation.
2. THREAT: OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 400000 GALLONS. TAGS: PIPELINE.
