1. Ship Ratnakirti is 250 mi NW of San Fran Bay 4" hole 3 m below water line. Ship is sinking slowly. Cargo is 100,000 + ton potash, potassium carbonate. Want to know if they can to to Humboldt Bay. Also, 150k gal bunker C fuel
2. THREAT: CHEMICAL.
