Position at 2000 35 34.8N 121 38W drifting 165 degrees at 2-2.5kts. Winds NW 25kts. At 0900 3/3 bare 21 miles due west of Morro Bay 35 19.0N, 121 23.5W @ 0800. 2. THREAT: OIL. 3.
