1. A fishing boat reported a spill of an unknown quantity of oil about 6 miles SE of Diamond Shoal Light Tower (E. of Cape Hatteras). Spill is about 2 miles long and unknown width - reported sheen in some areas, heavier in others. Appears to be 5-6 miles west of Gulf Stream. Want trajectory for the next 36 hours.
