Oil slick sighted off of Cape Hatteras 25 miles long and 1/4 mile wide. 1320 call from AHW: Obs form overflight reported northern tip at 35 38 and 2 miles off shore and soutern tip at 35.5 and 4 miles off shore. too much sheen for oil to be #6, probably bilge slops.
