1. On August 13, 2015, USCG received a report of the F/V Sheryl Ann hard aground near Spruce Island, near Kodiak, Alaska. The Sheryl Ann is a 47ft purse seine, 26GT, with 1000 gallon fuel capacity. Vessel master reports approximately 250 gallons of diesel on board at the time of the incident.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 1000 GALLONS. TAGS: GROUNDING.
