1. On November 17, 2015, the USCG sector New Orleans notified the NOAA SSC regarding a mystery slick observed near Pass A Loutre, LA. NOAA was requested to provide trajectory and weather forecast for the developing incident.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: CRUDE OIL, NATURAL GAS CONDENSATE, PRODUCED WATER. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 30996 GALLONS. TAGS: PIPELINE.
