1. On March 7, 2016, the 36 foot fishing vessel Ruby D sank about 45 miles off Ft Meyers Florida. The vessel had a total diesel fuel capacity of 350 gallons but was reportedly carrying 200 gallons at the time of the incident. The USCG rescued all personnel from the vessel and there were no casualties.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 200 GALLONS.
