1. On March 22, 2016, the USCG Sector New Orleans contacted the NOAA SSC with regard to an oil slick sighted outside of Long Bay, Louisiana. The volume was estimated to be 2.5 bbl of crude oil. The USCG has requested a trajectory of the slick.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 105 GALLONS.
