1. At 1300, on 30-Oct-2016, USCG notified the SSC of 32-foot pleasure craft which sank west of Naked Island in Prince William Sound. The vessel has 100 gallons of fuel on board. The bow is visible above the water surface. Five persons were rescued. No sheen is visible.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 100 GALLONS.
