1. On November 30, 2017, the USCG MSU Morgan City contacted the NOAA SSC regarding the discharge of diesel fuel from a tank on an offshore rig in the Gulf Of Mexico. The tank was ruptured when a boom crane fell from the rig and punctured the tank. USCG is requested a trajectory and fate of the sheen
