1. On March 23, 2018, a 900 ft cargo vessel at anchor off the entrance to Port Everglades, FL had a discharge of 500 liters of GTX-30 motor oil due to a bad seal. USCG contacted NOAA for trajectory and RAR information.
2. THREAT: OIL.
