1. On April 30, 2018, the USCG Sector Delaware Bay notified the NOAA SSC about a marine diesel spill as a result of a refueling operation at Packer Marine Terminal, Philadelphia, PA. Cause unknown. Potential volume is 1,000 gallons spilled, sheen observed in Delaware River.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL FUEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 1000 GALLONS.
