1. On 10SEP18 @ 0345CDT the NOAA SSC was contacted by USCG Sector Corpus Christi regarding a currently sinking vessel app 30mi offshore with a potential discharge of 4000gal diesel, 100gal lube oil. The USCG is requesting a trajectory and fate.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: OIL, DIESEL & LUBE OIL.
