1. On October 3, 2018, the USCG Sector New Orleans contacted the NOAA SSC regarding a discharge of oil from Hilcorp's Bay Baptiste facility into the adjacent waterway, resulting in an app. 0.5mi x25yd sheen.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: OIL, CRUDE. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 42 GALLONS.
