1. On November 23, 2018 at 8:00pm, USCG Sector Delaware Bay notified the NOAA SSC about a chemical spill from the Croda Chemical Plant, New Castle, DE. Release has resulted in the Delaware Memorial Bridge being shut down in both directions.
2. THREAT: CHEMICAL.
