1. On April 10, 2019, the NOAA Marine Debris Program was notified that a 14-foot long (1500 lbs) oceanographic buoy detached from its mooring on Friday, April 5 at location 43° 17' 55"N, 124° 31' 55"W (7 miles west of Cape Arago, Oregon). A trajectory was requested.
2. THREAT: OTHER.
