1. On 21 April 2019, USCG Sector Mobile notified the SSC that the 817-foot Tanker Vessel Aqua Loyalty ran soft aground enroute to the Chevron Refinery in Pascagoula, MS. Vessel is carrying 500K bbls of Colombian crude (API 22.6). NO REPORT of discharge. USCG is monitoring closely. No products requested at this time. Vessel was refloated
