   SPECIAL WARNINGS, primarily intended to announce official government
proclamations affecting shipping, are broadcast as needed.  They are numbered
consecutively and further promulgated in the Notice to Mariners.
   SPECIAL WARNINGS in force ****: NOS. 1, 29, 71, 77, 81, 82,
 89, 92, 95, 100, 102, 103, 104, 105, 107, 108, 109,110 and 111.
   The text of SPECIAL WARNINGS may be obtained by accessing NAVINFONET,
NIMA Marine Navigation Department Website via NIMA homepage (www.nima.mil)
or referring to Section I (paragraph 8) of Notice to Mariners 1/99, 10/99,
18/99, 23/99.
