   1. On 15-APR, USCG Sector Puget Sound contacted NW RRO regarding a disabled 87ft USCG Patrol Boat near Dungeness Spit. The vessel was adrift 1,300 ft east of the northwestern extent of Dungeness Spit and disabled due to mechanical issues. The call was for notification and phone support of any sensitive resources in the area. The vessel was later repaired and able to get underway with no release of fuel or bilge waters.

   1. On May 3, 2024, the USCG Puget Sound reached out to NOAA RRO to inform about 48-foot commercial fishing vessel that sank on the SW side of Henry Island, San Juan Island. USCG reports that the maximum capacity is 700 gallons. The owner reports that only 400-500 gallons are on board. Crew rescued via USCG SAR response. Currently unknown if nets are in water or on board the vessel. WA State requested RAR/232. NW SSC has initiated the form with the WA State Department of Fish and Wildlife. The Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund has been opened by USCG.

   1. On May 10, 2024, the NOAA SSC notified that a 46-foot fishing vessel caught fire and sank near Sandy Point, Washington near Lummi Bay. Local Fire, USCG and Washington Dept of Ecology on scene responding to incident. Sheen observed and believed to be diesel and/or motor oil. Max capacity of the boat was 400 gallons, with 300 gallons believed to be aboard. WA ECY is conducting IC-232/RAR for this incident.

   1. On June 7, 2024, a small cessna crashed and sank off the west coast of Jones Marine State Park at around 1150. The aircraft sank with 50-60 gallons of high grade aviation fuel onboard and sank to 114ft. A USCG helo in the area observed a sheen at the incident site. SAR is still on-going, no one has been recovered yet. USCG Puget Sound is requesting any advice on whether to boom the area to prevent shoreline impacts to the park and for any response recommendations associated with high grade aviation fuel.
