    1. Approximately 200 gallons was spilled from a tank on the rig. Overflights showed a line of sheen and black oil heading for the town of San Leon in Galveston Bay. Oil made landfall. Cleanup crews were on-scene. No major impact to shorelines (mostly rip rap) nor wildlife were observed.
