Masters Resources A-1 Platform; Galveston Bay, TX. Galveston Bay, TX. 1. Approximately 200 gallons was spilled from a tank on the rig. Overflights showed a line of sheen and black oil heading for the town of San Leon in Galveston Bay. Oil made landfall. Cleanup crews were on-scene. No major impact to shorelines (mostly rip rap) nor wildlife were observed. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 200 GALLONS. 3. POSITION 29.533N 094.850W.
