   1. On 19 NOV 2009, ERD was contacted by USCG Sector Portland regarding a 34-36 foot fishing vessel Sea Wind. The vessel was reported grounded in Willapa Bay, WA, just north of Toke Point. It has an estimated 180 gallons of diesel fuel on-board. There is currently no report of a spill.

   1. On November 22, 2009, ERD received a call from the US Coast Guard MSO Portland, reporting that the 30 ft. pleasure craft Making Time was reported to have released about 180 gal. Diesel Fuel in Ilwaco Harbor, WA, near the mouth of the Colombia River. A trajectory analysis was requested.
