On November 22, 2009, ERD received a call from the US Coast Guard MSO Portland, reporting that the 30 ft. pleasure craft Making Time was reported to have released about 180 gal. Diesel Fuel in Ilwaco Harbor, WA, near the mouth of the Colombia River. A trajectory analysis was requested. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 180 GALLONS. 3.
