Fishing Vessel Sinking in Snohomish River; Everett, Washington. 3414 A California St, Everett, WA 98201, USA. 1. OR&R's Hazmat Duty Officer (HDO) was notified by Washington State Department of Ecology (WAECY) of a 75-foot trawler sinking at the dock in Snohomish River near the intersection of Interstate-5 and Highway 2. The vessel is reported to contain 250 gallons of diesel fuel and other lube oils. WAECY is on scene. The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and Global Diving & Salvage are en route.
