On October 25, 2017, the USCG Marine Safety Unit in Texas City, TX, contacted the NOAA RRO regarding a grounded fishing vessel in the vicinity of Moses flood gate, within a high Priority Protection Area. There has not been a discharge from the vessel at this time. USCG is requesting natural resource detail support and information regarding potential (if any) ESA issues.
