F/V Saint Paul Grounding; Moses Lake, Texas City, TX 77590, USA. Moses Lake, Texas City, TX 77590, USA. 1. On October 25, 2017, the USCG Marine Safety Unit in Texas City, TX, contacted the NOAA RRO regarding a grounded fishing vessel in the vicinity of Moses flood gate, within a high Priority Protection Area. There has not been a discharge from the vessel at this time. USCG is requesting natural resource detail support and information regarding potential (if any) ESA issues. 2. THREAT: OIL.
