1. On September 21, 2017, the USCG Sector Houston Galveston contacted NOAA regarding a plan from a Colonial to demo two out of commission pipes running under the San Jacinto River. NO RELEASE HAS OCCURRED.
2. THREAT: CHEMICAL. COMMODITY: DILUTED PETROMEEN (0.05-0.07%). MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 189000 GALLONS.
