    1. On 19 NOV 2009, ERD was contacted by USCG Sector Portland regarding a 34-36 foot fishing vessel Sea Wind. The vessel was reported grounded in Willapa Bay, WA, just north of Toke Point. It has an estimated 180 gallons of diesel fuel on-board. There is currently no report of a spill.
