ALL SHIPS TRANSITING THE BISMARCK SEA IN VICINITY OF CAPE GLOUCESTER ARE REQUESTED TO MAINTAIN A SHARP LOOKOUT AND NAVIGATE WITH EXTREME CAUTION.
