SEACOR Power Response; LA, Gulf of Mexico. LA, Gulf of Mexico. 1. On April 13, 2021, the USCG Sector Nola received report of a capsized 129' lift vessel approximately 7NM south of Port Fourchon in MSU Houma COTP Zone. The prime focus is on Search and Rescue. The vessel is carrying diesel fuel. The USCG requested oil trajectory. No shoreline impact anticipated. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 40000 GALLONS. TAGS: DERELICT. 3.
