Savoonga Fuel Sheen; Savoonga, AK. Savoonga, AK. 1. On 24-Jun-2021, Sector Anchorage reported that sheen was discovered while digging a hole in a gravel pad at the water treatment plant in Savoonga. Sheening was also observed on a nearby stream. A fish kill of at least 30-40 sculpin has been observed. Sector is requesting NOAA phone support at this time. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL.
