Oil Sheen at Terminal 5, Harbor Island, Seattle. Seattle, WA. 1. On 09-DEC-2021, the USCG Sector Puget Sound was notified of an oil sheen at Terminal 5 on Harbor Island in Seattle, WA. At high tide, there has been a visible persistent sheen and black oil on the fenders. The source is under investigation. The NOAA SSC was contacted 6-JAN for phone support. 2. THREAT: OIL.
