1. M/V Mr. C found sunken near the coast of Louisiana. There is a leak in the vessel due to the observation of 1.5-2 mile of sheen. NOAA provides weather forecast, trajectory and hazardous impact.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL OIL AND LUBRICATION OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 18100 GALLONS.
