1. On 16 June 2024, USCG notified NOAA of multiple oil sheens off Cape Flattery, WA. Approximately 5 sheens were observed over 5 nautical miles. SSC NW returned the call and obtained overflight pictures from USCG helo.
2. THREAT: OIL.
