1. Pipeline failure due to corrosion. Clean-up assessment underway. The contamination appears to be confined to a shallow, narrow depression and extends some 1,200 feet in length.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: LIGHT CRUDE OIL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 4200 GALLONS. TAGS: PIPELINE.
