F/V All Star Grounding; St. Matthew Island, AK. St. Matthew Island, AK. 1. On 7/25/2024, the USCG Sitka IMD notified their SSC regarding the grounding of the vessel All Star. The vessel ran aground near St. Matthew. There is a potential for a discharge of up to 2500 gallons of diesel. 2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: DIESEL. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 2500 GALLONS. 3.
