1. A release of oil occured during transfer from a Foss Maritime shore facility to a barge. The oil quickly spread and migrated accross the Puget Sound to a collection beach at the Do Kag Wats Marsh on an Indian Reservation.
2. THREAT: OIL. COMMODITY: IFO 380. MAXIMUM POTENTIAL RELEASE: 5500 GALLONS.
