Brusley, LA.
1. Barge Kirby 7304 had a stuck valve and leaked Isoprene. A .25 mile safety/exclusion zone was established near the town of Brusley, LA. The product was safely offloaded and flushed with inert gas. There were no injuries.
2. THREAT: CHEMICAL. COMMODITY: LIGHT DISTILLATES, ISOPRENE. TAGS: COLLISION.
